Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns. We do, however, guarantee your worms will reach you alive. Unfortunately, extreme temperatures, shipping, and handling problems can occur. Should your worms reach you DOA (dead on arrival) please reach out to us within 24 hours and we will refund or replace your worms.
